Job Title: Plumbing Service Technician
Pay: $30–$55/hour + Commission/Performance Bonuses
Employment Type: Full-Time
Service Area: Southwest Suburbs of Chicagoland area

Experience Qualifications

• 2+ years of documented plumbing apprenticeship experience — REQUIRED
• Demonstrated residential/commercial plumbing service experience preferred
• Illinois State Plumbing License preferred, but not required
• City of Chicago Plumbing License preferred, but not required
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
• Ability to work independently in customer homes/businesses
• Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
• Professional communication and customer-service skills
• Ability to safely operate plumbing tools, equipment, and company vehicles
  Job Responsibilities
• Diagnose, repair, maintain, and replace plumbing systems and components
• Perform service calls and accurately identify plumbing issues
• Complete repairs in accordance with applicable plumbing codes
• Communicate repair options and recommendations clearly to customers
• Maintain accurate service documentation
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment
• Properly maintain company tools, equipment, and service vehicle

Compensation

• $30–$55/hour, based on experience and qualifications
• Commission and/or performance-based bonuses
• Tool bag and designated hand tools gifted to technician
• Company-provided and company-owned power tools
• Company service vehicle provided for work-related travel, including travel to/from work as company policy permits
