Years ago, Jeff saw a gap in the professional services industry. He realized that having one company with the experience to service every aspect of a home would make homeowners’ lives easier. OC Property Solutions was formed as a result. We make our customers’ lives easier by connecting them with a team of professionals who specialize in electrical, HVAC, plumbing, waterproofing, full reconstruction, along with water, fire, and mold damage mitigation & restoration.

Prior to launching OC Property Solutions, Jeff was the owner of S&K Inc., a land development company serving the Greater Chicago area.
He also worked as a construction manager for PCG Real Estate, where he honed his skills in project management and client relations.
Earlier in his career, Jeff was a member of the Pipefitter Local Union 597, where he gained hands-on experience in the building trades.
With over a decade of experience in the construction and restoration fields, Jeff is a true expert in his field and a trusted leader in the industry.
